The Peak Performance Method Program is a self-paced, in-depth experience with modules that build on one another, based on my research, to provide a comprehensive system for stress management, productivity, and personal development. It also includes BrainTap sessions to help reprogram your subconscious mind, making it perfect for those seeking a thorough transformation at their own pace with optional 60-minute live group coaching sessions with Julia every other week.

The Habit Reset Group Coaching, on the other hand, is a faster-paced, live coaching experience designed to reset your habits in real-time. While many sessions are inspired by the Peak Performance Method, it doesn’t cover all the modules or include BrainTap, focusing instead on actionable strategies and accountability to help you start 2025 strong.

Whether you’re looking for the full framework or a supportive, dynamic group environment, both options are designed to empower your next steps toward success.

Most evenings, you’ll find me out exploring the trails or soaking in the crystal-clear waters of Lake Tahoe with my amazing husband and our spirited blue heeler mix. Life feels pretty balanced these days, but let me tell you—it wasn’t always like this.

I was born in Germany, and for years, I lived the quintessential high-achiever’s life: working in five countries, learning three languages, and eventually carving out a career at Google in Silicon Valley. It all looked impressive on paper, but behind the scenes, I was teetering on the edge of burnout. Unlike many, though, I used that experience as my wake-up call. I left the 9-to-5 grind to start my own coaching business—and I’ve since helped over 10,000 high achievers at companies like Google, Meta, Microsoft, Uber, and Amazon reclaim their energy, master stress, and create sustainable, thriving lives through my Peak Performance Method.
